How to read these results
Every smile in this gallery belongs to a real PRIME Orthodontics patient and is shared with their family's permission. Each case lists the problem we treated, the treatment we used and how long it took, so you can compare it with your own situation.
Results depend on each person's bite, how well appliances are worn and keeping up with check-ins, so think of these cases as examples rather than promises. At your consultation, your orthodontist looks at your own smile and explains what's realistic for you.

Common
questions.
Straight answers to what families ask us most about braces and aligners.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on the case. Many treatments take between 12 and 30 months. Your orthodontist gives you a personal estimate at your consultation.
Braces or clear aligners: which is better?
Both move teeth with gentle, steady pressure. Braces work for every type of bite. Clear aligners are nearly invisible and removable, but they only work when worn 20 to 22 hours a day.
Read the side-by-side →When should my child see an orthodontist?
By age 7, as the American Association of Orthodontists recommends. Most kids just need monitoring at that age.
Why age 7 matters →Will my smile stay straight afterward?
Retainers keep your result. We show you how to wear and care for them, and how long to keep wearing them.
How much does treatment cost?
Treatment starts at $110 a month with orthodontic benefits, or $225 a month for braces without benefits. Your exact fee is set at your consultation.
